2. Select a Male or Female Guide
3. Send us an opening picture ( exterior preferable) and the interior pictures of the rooms or features you wish to highlight
4. Write a script to match each picture - Tip: Be descriptive as you would if personally showing he home.
Use words to help the viewer see themselves living in that room or home. Do not use price or things that may change as the listing progresses.
5. Let us know what you wish to have displayed on the closing scene- i.e. Your Name , Company , addresses and/or websites, logo's pictures, etc.
